TFB# 24 – Atlantic City for Low Rollers

In this episode, I talk with Craig from Due for a Win as he preps me with budget-friendly options for my upcoming Atlantic City trip.

Two great pieces of content I mention in the show:

  • A recent Milenomics episode in which Sam mentioned that he had what he called a “warehouse card” which holds on to Amex points as he switches in and out of cards.
  • Spencer on God Save the Points wrote a great article on point plays for Airbnb stays. Breaks it down from beginner to advanced strategies
  • In the bunker, I added some bonus audio in which I discussed mileage runs and why I passed on extending my temporary A-List status with Southwest. Subscribers should expect more mini-episodes in the coming future. Thanks to those of you who support the show in that way.

As for Atlantic City, Craig guides me through some budget-friendly spots to help me get some bang for my buck when I head out for Gamblepalooza. We discuss the best places to stay if you have limited play history or loyalty points, some great, inexpensive restaurant ideas, and which casinos to try if you’re looking to make a return visit and are hoping to earn some comps.

Be sure to show some love to Craig and Kyle by checking out their podcast. I’m sure I and other Gamblepalooza participants can help them solve their epic bar battle. Gamblepalooza, will be a weekend romp filled with group gaming, fine dining, and general merriment will be taking place on the weekend of April 12,13, and 14. Let me know if you’re planning on going. I’ll be sure to share details as they become available. Listening to Cousin Vito’s Casino Podcast is one of the best ways to stay up to date. I hope to see many of you there. Until then, thanks for listening. Safe travels. Be good to each other.
