In this episode 77 of the show, Sara and I discuss our favorite bars in Vegas. We even get to some beverage-specific exclusives. I’ve listed a few choice below, but be sure to listen to the episode here on your desktop or download it via iTunes to hear our full discussion.
Oak and Ivy – Great cocktails and a nice rooftop to enjoy with friends. Container Park is a perfect spot to visit if you have a group with varying tastes.
Corduroy – Newer bar in Fremont East with a vintage vibe. For details and pictures, check out this post from Vital Vegas.
Starboard Tack – A revitalized, comfortable bar with plenty of rum based concoctions. Here’s an article from Vegas Seven detailing the reopening.
Chandelier – Because of course. Really, just visit any bar in Cosmo.
Parlour Bar – This semi-secluded spot in El Cortez is a throwback to what Vegas lounges used to be.
Bound – Upscale cocktail lounge at the Cromwell. Plenty of great people watching when the club upstairs opens and closes.
Mandarin Bar – Pricey cocktails, but they’re well worth the view. You can also get some vending champagne on your visit to the hotel.
Piero’s – This old school Italian joint is a local favorite. Don’t worry, they love tourists as well.
Herbs and Rye – This cocktail bar is frequented by those in the industry. If they like it, you’re sure to as well.
Petrossian – This high-end lounge in Bellagio is great not only for some late night drinks, afternoon tea is highly recommended for those looking for a relaxing daytime break.
Skyfall – I seem to talk about it ad nauseam, but I think every Vegas trip should include a drink with a view. Skyfall offers one of the best.
Sara provided me with my first and only “exclusive” – that the giant pint downtown was being transformed into a Not Your Father’s Rootbeer mug:
We listed quite a few more bars in the episode, so be sure to give it a listen. Have a favorite spot in Vegas? We’d love to hear it!
