What I like to do on an extended trip, really any trip lasting three nights or more, is to have one fine dining experience- enjoy one of the many upscale options the city has to offer. In the interim, however, I’m always on the look out for some good cheap eats. While Vegas is certainly known to have incredible chefs and trendy establishments, it also has an abundance of quality inexpensive eateries. Here are some of your favorites:
