Use These Las Vegas Coupon Books To Save on Gaming and Dining

As your Vegas 2017 plans start to develop, it’s good to have an organized strategy when heading into town on a budget. One way to maximize value is by considering one or both of the two major coupon books available for Vegas visitors. The American Casino Guide ($13) and Las Vegas Advisor Coupon Book ($40 which includes LVA membership) can be a great way to save money and try some new experiences.

Below are a few of the standout coupons. Note, I’m not saying these are the best deals, more so offers that intrigued me to the point in which I would likely use them.

American Casino Guide

A plethora of free match play coupons:

$10 at Gold Coast, Hooters, Palms, and Ellis Island

$25 at SLS (new members only), Golden Gate, The D

$25 free Mobile Play sports bet with a new Mobile Sports account at any full service William Hill Sportsbook location

2 free Mac King tickets at Harrah’s with drink purchase

Free entry to 777 slot tournament at the Plaza (10am session only)

Las Vegas Advisor

Multitude of 2-for-1 buffets including Cravings at Mirage and Wicked Spoon at Cosmopolitan

3 free rounds of beer at Ellis Island and $25 non negotiable chip at Ellis Island

2-to-1 payoff on first blackjack at Golden Gate up to $25

All purpose comp of 50% off at Palms up to $50

These are just a few of the dozens of coupons offered in each book. There are a few vouchers featured in both catalogs. The lower purchase price of ACG can yield some good value at a low price. While the LVA book is more costly, there are certain discounts when used in isolation easily recoup the membership fee.

What’s been your experience with these discounts? Ever go on a major coupon run?
